Residual income and network marketing

I was asked the other day on our sister site, www.newmanassets.com, how we could focus on self-directed retirement and real estate as our prime business, and add some network marketing angle like Ambit Energy ?Simple…it makes good money and provides residual income.

I’ll be the first to tell you that I am not going to join some MLM firm where I have to buy a bunch or stuff and re-sell it, but electricity is a little different. I just pass the word and make a little for doing it. For those with rental property, it is a double winner.

So no, I won’t vouch for the latest vitamin MLM…good luck to you, but it’s not for me. But for something like Ambit that I can tie into my real estate work and make additional money, you bet. As always, make your own choices, but don’t close a door before looking….Todd
